Our practice meet on Sunday, May 31st and our FIRST HOME meet are now open on Swimtopia for you to declare your swimmer's attendance and select your volunteer position (Meet 1 only). Even if your swimmer is not attending the meet, please select that option so that we know they are not missing from the meet. Both events are non-Junior Team events. 

You must declare your attendance for both events by Friday, May 29th at 10pm. Failure to do so may result in your swimmer not being able to compete in the meet. You have until Sunday to select a volunteer position. 

To declare attendance for both events:

1. Log into your Swimtopia account - desktop or app
2. Under "Events", click on the event you are declaring. 
3. Select Meet Entry. This screen will take you to your swimmers. Use the drop down menu to select your option. 
4. Once you select, "Attending the meet", you will have the option to REQUEST events for your swimmer and write a note to the coach. **A note about requests - they are a request only. New swimmers should allow the coaches to place them in events they see fit. Coaches alone will select relays. Events and relays (if applicable) will be available for viewing in your account or on the app. 
5. Click "Save". I have attached a couple of screenshots to assist.

**For the Blue/Orange meet, you are merely selecting attendance only, not events**

Volunteer Assignments:

Volunteer assignments will be open to sign-up on SwimTopia on Thursday, May 28th. As a reminder, if your child is swimming, your help is required to ensure the meet runs smoothly and efficiently. Volunteer selections can be made either on the app or on the website. On the website, select Meet 1. The job listing button (green) is right next to where you would declare your swimmer. On the app, select the meet. The job listing button is located below your declaration for the meet under work shifts. Select the person you are signing up for a job then select the position. Be sure to click save assignments before closing out. Once selected, the assignment should appear in your account. Selections should be completed by 8pm Sunday evening.
