Parents,

Attached you will find the meet entries for tomorrow night. Please see the following changes for the meet. Everything is pushed back 30 minutes to help with heat management. Here is the updated timeline:

• 510-530  Check in
• 550-610  PC Warmup
• 610  Timers Meeting (Pavilion)
• 610  Strokes and Turns (Pool House)
• 625  National Anthem
• 630  Meet Start

To help keep everyone as comfortable as possible, please observe the following:

1. Please keep your swimmers in your air-conditioned car as long as possible. No early check ins.
2. Extra ice will be made available on deck and every attempt will be made to cool down the water.
3. Seating is under the 4,000 square pavilion. You must bring your own chairs. 
4. We encourage families to bring everything they need to stay cool - water, fans, cooling towels, etc. Our swimmers should not be running around to the best of your ability.
5. We will have some tents on deck to share.
6. Our Parent Rep has purchased cooling towels for volunteers to use in case they do not have one.
